"Just near" is not very clear, so here is the information I can provide to you. It is probably not going to be enough information, as I assume you need more reassurance...but here are the facts:
1. If your partner ejaculated "just near" your vagina, and ejaculatory fluid actually touches your vulva and/or vagina, then there is a chance of pregnancy. The risk of pregnancy obviously is greater is his penis was inside of your vagina.
2. It is difficult to determine exactly what occurred in your situation, but if he was not able to pull away from your body quickly enough before ejaculating, some semen (containing sperm) could have ended up on your skin...near your vagina as you say...and sperm can find its way inside your vagina if semen is at the opening of your vagina or close to this area.

I'm sorry to not be able to provide more reassuring words, but the chances of pregnancy are not as high as if he ejaculated inside of your vagina. Please know if a man ejaculates near your vagina, and semen is on your genital skin (vulva) near your vagina, the sperm can find is way through vagina secretions to enter your vagina. If "near" your vagina was towards the top of your genital area, for instance near your clitoris, it would be less likely to result in pregnancy. It really depends on your situation...only you or your partner really know how much semen was deposited "just near" your vagina.

I'm sorry, but you will need to wait until your next menstrual cycle to know if you are pregnant or not. I would like to say the chances are slim, if there was not much semen near your vagina.

Please answer this question:

When he ejaculated from his erect penis....was his penis inside/on/near your vagina?

If your boyfriend had fluid come out of his penis, that is ejaculatory fluid, or "cum". It does contain sperm, and if it was on/near/inside your vagina, this is a high risk of pregnancy.

The fluid that is coming out of your vagina has nothing to do with a flu or cold. Women have vaginal discharge throughout their menstrual cycle, and this is normal. You can read more about this here: Vaginal Discharge: FAQ.

Please know I am concerned that you would not know what ejaculation is (fluid coming out of a man's erect penis when he is excited, or having an orgasm) and you are sexually active. How old are you, and have you had any type of health or sexual education?

Hi Anonymous,
Sounds like you have a good relationship with your mom. That's great.
The fluid that came out of your boyfriend's penis is probably pre-ejaculate, or ejaculate--both could contain sperm. If you have penis to vagina contact, you could risk pregnancy. Without his penis penetrating inside, the risk is low, but still there's a risk. If you are not wanting to get pregnant, you may want to look into getting birth control (condoms, spermicide, or get on the birth control pill) to avoid getting pregnant from sexual activity.
In regard to your own discharge, it is normal to have some kind of discharge. For more information, please read these articles, and educate yourself about your sexuality so you can advocate for your own health.
