Julianna Lyddon explains how the integration of mind, body, spirit can aid in the treatment of liver cancer.

Julianna:
Mind, body, spirit integration is really an important factor when you are dealing with treatment for liver cancer. However it’s important to know that mind, body, spirit integration is not a cure for liver cancer. It is merely an additional type of therapy that can help to aid you in the healing process. It’s important for us to understand that as human beings we are comprised of not just a physical body but a mind and a body and a spirit, and each of these parts of ourselves hold messages.

So let’s look at liver cancer in relationship to mind, body, spirit integration. We first must look at the function or the purpose of the liver. Well, the liver is there to clean the body, to rid the body of toxins such as alcohol or other types of medication. So I want you to ask yourself a metaphorical question because what I have found with the intuitive work that I do is that every part of the physical body, every organ holds its own voice, holds its own message, and this message or voice can actually be translated into a question – a metaphorical type of question that we can use to aid us in the healing process.

So if the liver is there to remove toxicity from the body I want you metaphorically to ask yourself – How am I possibly toxic to myself? As human beings we all have toxicity within us. Are you toxic to others? Are you toxic in relationships? Could you be toxic in your communication? Are you toxic in your anger? How can you begin to clean yourself of toxicity?

Do you find that sometimes when you are feeling toxic you attract other toxic behaviors or addictions or relationships, or are you able to attract to you what you need in order to help heal and clean the toxicity from you? Again, this is another way to actually look at the depth of who you are as a human being.

It’s important that we grow and we pay attention to all facets of who we are. So I encourage you to contemplate some of these metaphorical questions. Make up a few of your own. You will know if they resonate with you on an intuitive level, and if they do, work at healing these parts of yourself that may need it.
