we are trying to concieve before i had an abortion 9 months ago last mont my period was 12 day late it was very painful n flow was heavy was i pragnent or this was a miscarage.

Hi Anon,

Unfortunately, we cannot tell you if you had a miscarriage or just a late period. Many times when your period is late, it is also heavier than usual. You may be able to have your OB/GYN perform a pelvic exam on you along with blood work to determine whether or not you may have had a miscarriage.
