Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER. Thank you for reaching out to our community.

Ischemic strokes occur as a result of an obstruction within a blood vessel supplying blood to the brain. The underlying condition for this type of obstruction is the development of fatty deposits lining the vessel walls. This condition is called atherosclerosis.

Feeling cold when the internal house temperature is 75 degrees may be linked to atherosclerosis, I really do not know.

If it will give you peace of mind, speak with his physician.

Regards,
Maryann
