Sandra discusses how Dr. Ann Dunnewold has helped her manage and come to terms with her PMS symptoms.
Well, with Dr. Dunnewold I have had really good insight. She helps to reflect things back to help me see that emotions are normal and, how you deal with them is how you are going to get through any of your challenges. Particularly in her books that I have read, the book that I am currently reading, to see that other people have had these same challenges and to see it written and think, “ That’s, someone else has had that. In fact, probably a few more people, enough for her to have written it in this book.” That’s I think been the biggest thing for coming to Dr. Dunnewold’s office and actually having relief to know that once a week I get to come talk about my feelings and get it out.
