Joanna describes what happened once her acupuncturist noticed her thyroid disorder.
Joanna:
After he did that he said, “Here is what I have prescribed for you. Come see me once a month,” which I have been doing and go, you know, “Here’s a copy of the diet that I prescribe. Try and adhere to this as much as possible.”
He is really into stocks and broths and creating your own stocks and I bought a crock pot; didn’t really do much with it. It’s one of those things that I feel better the more that I am on this diet, but it is kind of a hard way to, for me personally, to continue to do as regimented as I think I really need to do it.
