After gaining a lot of weight, I was experiencing depression, which I can share with you. You are constantly down on yourself for, you think every Monday is a new week to start; every Monday is a new week starting your diet, and then you give up Monday night because it’s so overwhelming, the amount you have to lose, and then you get down on yourself. You know, I have a good family that has been very supportive through this.
