Thank you for your post.

Some recommended foods are:

Beans, all kinds
Walnuts and other nuts
Vegetables (potatoes in moderation).
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Kale
Seaweed
Lots of vegetable juices
Homemade vegetable soups
Fresh fruit in moderation (2-3 pieces per day)
Apples
Avocado
Lemons...
