I have pain in the area around both breast. Even in the middle part. I don't know it stops for some days and come back again.I feel like muscular pain.please help me what should I do.

There are many different causes of breast pain. One common one is wearing a bra that's the wrong size. Some women have a sensitivity to caffeine that results in breast pain. Sometimes there's an underlying medical condition that's causing the pain.
It would be in your best interests to schedule an appointment with your healthcare provider who can evaluate your symptoms in light of your medical history and perform a physical exam.
