Hi,
Oral antibiotics like amoxicillin won't be much helpful with pink eye. Usually pink eye can be caused due to virus. Even if it's a bacterial infection, it's better treated with antibiotic eye drops rather than a pill.

Are you asking if you should take your 10 month old into the doctor again, in hopes that the amoxicillin will treat the (assumed) pink eye as well?

It depends if her new symptoms of inflammation and redness in her eyes is due to a bacterial or viral infection, and would need to be diagnosed by her pediatrician.

Sorry to hear she has RSV and an ear infection...that is no fun for the little ones, and I'm sure you do not want to make another trip to the doctor, but it's important to call her pediatrician to let him/her know of new symptoms. Her symptoms could also be an allergic reaction to medication, so it's important to always report new symptoms to the doctor immediately.

Let us know how she is doing!
