If you forget to take it in the morning, will it keep out awake if taken in the evening?

I take it in the evening because I take a thyroid supplement in the morning that has to be a stand alone. I do already have sleep issues, but the Amberen does NOT seem to hurt me as far as sleeping. Actually, since it helps with the hot flashes, I think it helps me sleep as well. I am no doctor...but my experience has been good with an evening dose.

Hi.

Someone here might know from personal experience. But it's probably best to follow the directions and take in the morning.

Hi,

I'd say no since they don't mention it in the FAQ.

Hello, Anon.

Thank you for posting.

According to http://amberen.com/ FAQ - Take two capsules –one white and one orange - daily after breakfast.
