Only you know how you are feeling, Anon. We cannot say whether to go or not.
If you have taken the course of antibiotics and you are feeling markedly better, taking your holiday might be fine.

Follow up with your doctor and ask his or her opinion about your travel plans after checking your lungs. It's not uncommon for coughs to linger even if you are feeling better. But if you are still having chills (feeling shivery) a fever, or don't feel up to par, more time might be needed to get well.
