Are there results of long term problems arising from focused ultrasound treatment of essential tremor?

I am familiar with the treatment and short term dizziness and memory loss but is there permanent memory loss or dementia known to occur later on?

This procedure only received approval by the FSA two years ago so it's far to early to know if there are long term side effects.
