I know that there are some people that have had that done. I generally don’t recommend it because it’s very difficult to take care of yourself when you have two operative hands.

Dr. Rohde received her medical degree from Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts Institute of Technology, completed her residency at the University Of Pittsburgh Medical Center and performed her fellowship in hand and microvascular surgery at the Hospital for Special Surgery-Weill Cornell Medical College.
