This pancake mix is a gluten free and simple twist to a classic breakfast meal. Mix your three ingredients together to make a simple batter and you’ll have delicious pancakes in no time!

The name of the meal says it all. Place your ham at the bottom of a cup or bowl and follow with your egg. Warm up in a microwave for 30 seconds until the eggs are almost fully cooked then stir around. After that, place in the microwave for 15 to 30 more seconds and top with cheese.

This sandwich is different from you everyday lunches, but is sure to satisfy your hungry needs. Layer the apple butter and cheese together. You can also add a flaky salt for extra taste.
Quinoa with Avocado and Feta

- Quinoa, cooked
- 1 Avocado
- Pinch of Feta
Your taste buds will love this quick meal. Cook your quinoa and combine the avocado for a creamy delicious texture. The feta adds a bit of salt and helps finish off the dish.
Dinner
Grilled Pizza
Ingredients
- Prepared pizza dough
- Store bought pesto
- Feta cheese
Place this pizza dough on the grill for three minutes. Add a layer of pesto and feta cheese and put back on the grill for another three minutes. You can always add different herbs and spices to add more flavor to the pizza as well.
Black Bean Soup
Ingredients
- 2 15.5 ounce cans of black beans
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1 15 ounce can of diced tomatoes
Forget a regular tomato soup. Combine your ingredients in a pot, bring to a boil, and let it simmer for 10 minutes. After simmering, blend your ingredients to make a delightful soup.
Maple Glazed Salmon
Ingredients
- 6 ounce fillet
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons of hoisin sauce
It sounds like an intricate meal, but this salmon is very easy to prepare. Mix together your sauce and syrup to create a marinade for the salmon. Let it sit for an hour then bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
Dessert
Strawberry Banana Ice Pops
Ingredients
- Strawberries
- Frozen bananas
- Fruit juice
These ice pops are perfect for a hot day. Blend the strawberries, banana and your favorite juice together and put in a ice pop mold to freeze. Frozen bananas make the ice pops have a smoother texture.
Cranberry White Chocolate Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 pound of white chocolate
- 1 pint of heavy cream
- Cranberry sauce
Microwave your white chocolate and heavy cream in a bowl in 30 second intervals, whisking in between each until your chocolate is fully melted. After, let it cool off in the fridge for 30 minutes then beat with a mixer until it has quadrupled in size. Let if refrigerate again for at least 4 hours, then top it off with your cranberry sauce.
Nutella Truffles
Ingredients
- 20 Oreo cookies
- 5 tablespoons of nutella
- 6-8 ounces of melting chocolate
This dessert may take a little more time than the other, but it is definitely worth it. Process the oreos and nutella until it has a very smooth texture. Scoop tablespoons of the mix and roll into small balls. Place on a sheet and chill for an hour. Once they are chilled, dip each truffle in your melted chocolate for a yummy treat.
