Dodge, Don’t Dash the Salt
It is not just a pinch, but more like a whopping inch, of sodium that could be in your guy’s favorite foods.
Many of those prepared, easy meals — even some that say organic and gluten-free — have extra sodium to extend their shelf life.
I have found that canned soups, sealed foiled packets, and TV dinners are some of the biggest culprits.
"Regular soups (not those marked low-sodium) can contain 600 mg or higher per serving,”according to The Huffington Post.
