You may love him despite his newly acquired dad bod, love handles, or the sympathy pregnancy weight he gained.

However, it is important for his health that he exercises regularly.

The CDC recommends he gets at least 2 ½ hours of exercise in a week. Do something together whether it be a hike, joining a gym, or family swim time.

If his goal is to lose weight, then more activity should be implemented along with a healthy diet.
