Dr. Grobe:
Simple ways to restore gut health – first of all listen to your body; pay attention.

You want to watch what foods make you feel good and what foods make you feel bad.

An easy way to keep the balance that you have acquired is probiotics. I can’t stress the importance of probiotics enough. I know a lot of people take probiotics; not everybody takes enough.

If you are maintaining, you know, you want to take a probiotic that has more than one bug in it.

I think the most common bugs that you see in probiotics are lactobacillus and bifidus and you want to make sure that there’s a couple of strains of both of those in the probiotic you are taking.

And you want to be taking at least two and a half to four billion units per bug and make sure you use once that are, I suggest that patient use one better refrigerated and keep them refrigerated.
