I have "alway" gotten sleepy in the afternoon, and now occasionally can't get back to sleep after getting up to pee I the night. I just discovered the info to take it at night! I will try that. Now "they" way that hormones don't help prevent osteoporosis. Please send me your booklet. Is it electronic or do you need a snail mail address? Thank you.
