Last week my doctor thought he saw something during my ultrasound... for 5 days I had to breathe through my fears and anxiety and try not to let it build up. Then on Tuesday I waited impatiently as another doctor did a sonogram to find out what was going on. I thought I was going to scream. I was scared and frustrated and I felt like I couldn't keep believing everything was going to be okay... then I realized that I needed to THINK POSITIVE. This is how I dealt http://www.creativesoulinmotion.com/2012/07/when-its-really-hard-to-stay-positive/.
I hope you enjoy my article. Please share how you have dealt with similar situations of discomfort and fear... we're all in this together.
Namaste,
Erin

Hello Erin,
July 12, 2012 - 4:07pmI enjoyed your article and wish you continued success.
Thinking positively had a great impact on my battle with cancer. Faced with great odds of not surviving, I never gave up. My three children were my reason for living. Even today, being in remission for two years, I still need to keep the thoughts positive while awaiting the results of a PET CT scan.
Thank you for sharing your experience with us,
