why take Amberen in the morning vs night. I don't eat breakfast.

Thank you for writing.

You can contact the website of the manufacturer to ask why they recommend taking it in the morning. I am assuming it's recommended after breakfast due to having food in the stomach can help with digestion. Perhaps taking it after a meal at any time of the day will suffice.
