Hi,Susan, Unfortunately, i went to the hospital and was admitted since i wrote last.I had to go through Laparoscopy because the pain i was having made it difficult for me to stand up straight .When the the operation was over the doctor said, i had endometrioisis, large ovary cysts and had bacteria infection that, blocked the fallopian tube.

She said they washed off the infection, opened the fallopian tube, cysts and removed the growth on the right side but could not do the same with the left ovary.

She said if they try to, it will lead to punching of the bladder.I was placed on Antibiotics because of the infection and my protein level was very high.I will still check back at the hospital after one week to see if the drugs i took at home worked on the bacteria.Hopefully it will work, since the protein level dropped from 127 to 60, before i was discharged from the hospital.

She said my appiontment still stands, so according to her i will complete the Terolut before visiting the specialist in August to see possible ways of getting pregnant. Then, if the second operation is necessary to check the other tube and open the cysts and so on.

What i noticed today is that, after making love with my husband i felt as if they rubbed pepper on my virgna and since then i feel itching.I am still on the drugs. Do you know the cause please?

I was not told not to do anything when i left the hospital. At the hospital i was used tampons after the operation till i left .
I had unprotected sex and i dont use birth control.

I still have the itching and will see the doctor.I hope i dont have another infection, since they did not treat my husband but only me. Thanks

Were you given the "OK" by your doctor to insert anything into your vagina while you are on this treatment? (including tampons, or having intercourse). You have so many conditions recently diagnosed, and still undergoing treatment for, that it really could be itching from an infection.

It would be best to call your doctor and confirm. Were you having protected sex (using birth control); I ask because I know you are trying to conceive, but it is best to wait until after your treatments are successfully completed.

Let us know how you are doing! I am so sorry you are going through all of this, but you sound like you are in good hands, and many women are able to have a healthy pregnancy with endometriosis.
