Hello, Anon. Thank you for posting.

These symptoms are very broad and so it's hard to tell what you may be dealing with. Also, the two may or not be related.

Common causes of eye twitching are eye strain, stress or anxiety. Eye twitching usually goes away on its own with rest, stress relief, and decreased caffeine. If it worsens or persists beyond a week, see your doctor. Especially if you have other symptoms like eye drooping, swelling in the eye or face, twitching in other parts of the body.

Pain in your neck, on either side, can be caused by a variety of problems, from arthritis to fatigue. Neck muscle stress or strain caused by such activities as sleeping in an awkward position, spending long periods driving, or sitting at a computer. A ruptured cervical disc between the bones of your neck, among other causes.
