I found my friend on the floor with greenish brown foam coming from her mouth, she was not responsive, her eyes keep going to the top of her eyelids , I font know how long she had been there,she died on the way to the hospital after calling 912

Something like this can happen during a seizure, in which hyper excretion of saliva from glands, blocks our esophageal entry and this excessive amount of saliva in the mouth can present as "foaming" a during seizure. This is the same mechanism which causes foaming due to some neurotoxic poisons. Pulmonary edema is an excess collection of watery fluid in the lungs. The fluid collects in the many air sacs of the lung, making it difficult to breathe and may cause a bloody froth from the mouth. These are a few examples. To know, in your friend's case, you would need to ask the doctor.
