I am 29 and i have been on my period for 2 weeks first it was spoty then normal for a couple of days then spoty again for couple of days then stoped for 2 days then spoted again now doing lightly i need advice please

Normal menstrual periods last 3 to 7 days (thereabouts). Longer than normal periods can occur because of stress, a hormone imbalance, infection, and other causes. This might be a one-time thing, but if you are concerned, speak to your GYN.
