What to do about a 1/2 " long 2nd degree burn blister on my finger

4 days old treated with neosporin topically and bandage feels like slight pain pressure of stretched skin with slight reddish inflammation at the base of the blister..... should the blister be drained by a sterilized needle ? And continued use of the neosporin and bandaging ?
