What could cause me to feel like this.

I all of a sudden last night developed a severe headache and my neck hurts when I move it around and my body and joints hurt to where I don't want to move because it hurts so bad I have a severe sore throat and it hurts to swallow or eat anything I don't feel eating anything I can eat popsicles though it kinda hurts a little and I'm freezing cold and my body is warm to the touch I don't know if I have a fever or not because I don't have a thermometer.

It sounds like are coming down with the flu or some sort of similar virus. These kinds of body aches are common, as well as a sore throat and fever.
See your doctor, he/she may be able to give you a Z-pack (or call one into the pharmacy for you) - this can help you get better a lot faster.
Stay fully hydrated, use an over-the-counter fever reducer and gets lots of rest.
