Hello Anon

Thank you for writing.

How long has this been going on?

Do you have any other health issues?

There could be many causes to dizziness - from certain medications to anemia (very low iron) to low blood pressure or even a heart condition.
Please seek medical advice for this - it may be an easy fix or you may have an underlying health condition that needs attention.
Best,
Susan
