Hello Anon
Thank you for writing and I'm sorry you're dealing with some rather serious burns. I hope you are under the care of a doctor.
We have a fairly comprehensive article on the treatments of seconds degree burns - for third degree burns, add on even more precautions.
You need the assistance of a doctor in terms of the exact treatment you need. We cannot advise someone about burn coverage based simply on "second and third degree burns". A physical/vision exam will be needed to know if they still need to be covered. Generally speaking, if there is no infection and healing is clearly showing, there may be no need for coverage after the first week. You could text a picture to your doctor's office if that helps.
Good luck with your healing, I hope you are not in much pain.
