On my left side of my throat, i found a swollen gland...a bit hard and it’s not swollen on my right side gland in the lower front throat.

When i press it, it stops the Persisting itch, I feel. If I cough l there is some condensed white mucus that wint come out. I did have a cold a month ago but I can’t seem to get rid of this element on my left side of my throat and it does come out raspy.

Hello. Thank for posting.

Swollen glands are a sign that your body is fighting off an infection or an illness. Most of the time, they return to normal size when the illness/infection has passed. Lingering infection might be causing this gland to remain swollen. We cannot know. Give it a few more days, if it remains swollen, see your doctor. There may be some other reason for the swelling and if so, should be evaluated.
