Is there a non-hormonal version of birth control?

I am very concerned about the hormones in my birth control. Are there other methods that I should know about (besides a shot or arm implant).

Hi Kelly McCarthy,

Thanks for your post. Some birth control that are non-hormonal are. The copper IUD, contraceptive sponge, lea contraceptive, diaphragm, spermicide creams, tubal ligation or your partner can also choose to have a vasectomy. Discuss with your gynecologist and together he can help you find the right birth control for you. Hope this has helped.

Best,

Daisy
