Hello Anonymous,
Andropause is a term used to describe aging-related hormone changes in men. Other terms include testosterone deficiency syndrome, androgen deficiency of the aging male and late-onset male hypogonadism.
Hormone changes are a natural part of aging in both men and women. The fluctuation in hormone levels and decrease in hormone production is more dramatic in women. The changes in male sex hormones occurs gradually.
In men, hormone production and testosterone availability decline over a period of many years and the consequences aren't necessarily clear.
I hope this answers your question.
