My period came for 4 days then suddenly stopped and came back a day later (today) I am 13 years old and I started my period about 6 months ago and it’s been quite irregular. Im just wondering what this could possibly be and if it’s something to worry about.

This is nothing to worry about - this is a common occurrence. Throughout your teen years you may notice your periods changing - longer/shorter/stop/start or the dates changing. It can take a few years for regularity to occur.
