Since I started driving I've noticed more pimple like bumps around my waist and inside my legs and butt. I shower every other day and in between I use "huggies natural baby wipes" they are getting bigger. It is driving me crazy.

This could be a heat rash - when the skin's sweat glands are blocked and the sweat produced cannot get to the surface of the skin to evaporate. This causes inflammation that results in a rash. Common symptoms of heat rash include red bumps on the skin and a prickly or itchy feeling to the skin (also known as prickly heat). Or you could be having an allergic reaction to something. See your doctor to find out exactly what it is.
