I have recently been in hospital for pulmonary embolism, I am on anti-coagulant medication my INR right now is 1.4 we have a scheduled vacation to go to Alaska in 2 weeks ...What risk am I taking if I go

Welcome to EmpowHER. You will need to discuss with your physician the risk and concerns you have according to yor condition and traveling. It all depends on your medical history. If your doctor gives you the green light, you should be good to go.
