So for the past couple while, I’ve talked to sex education workers and health experts and asked questions on this site, I know that I’m not pregnant, but I keep feeling anxiety towards the thought that I could be (but I’m not) and I don’t know how to accept that I’m not pregnant and move past this. Can anyone help suggest ideas to me

Hello, B_shadow. Thank you for posting.

The only thing I can suggest, and have suggested to a few other members with the same problem, is to seek help, either from your doctor or a counselor. Especially if it has become an obsession and interfering with your life.

Keep us updated.
