how do i stop my period cramps without medication?
im 17 and have had it since 13 every month i take calpole but it still doesnt help i tried everything music helps me but i really want to stop the pain so i dont have any more pain becfore i come onto my period and in college too im really out of options what do i do and how do i do it?

Thank you for writing.

I understand the pain of deep cramps. Advil may be able to help, as can a warm compress to the pelvic area or a warm bath. There is no "cure" for this, inasmuchas you can't guarantee you won't get them every month. It is something women have had to deal with for tens of thousands of years.
