Is the painful big lump behind my nippel a cyst or tumor

About 2yrs ago I had a rain sized lump in my nipple very painful got mammogram said they saw nothing kept telling my pa at cornerstone care they paid no mind it was the size of a global grape then now in the last few months its the size of a walnut its making the center of my nipple turn in and hurts beyond words I am prone to system and boils BC of a skin condition but this has me very concerned BC of how its grown and what's happening to my nipple. I would like so.e peace of mind please.

There is no way for us to know what this is. You need to be seen by a doctor. If the medical staff at this place you went to will not help you, go someplace else. A breast surgeon would be the best option as this may need to be removed. It's likely a benign growth, but no one can know this unless it's evaluated, removed and biopsied. Even if looking at it the doctor can tell it's benign, it's growing and hurting you so it needs to be addressed.
