Hello Anonymous,

The best thing to do is to repeat the tests once you finish menstruating. It could be nothing. But better to be safe, have the test, and know. Early intervention offers the best prognosis.

Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER and thank you for seeking our help with your concern.

I am sorry that your doctor wasn't clear and let you leave the office feeling scared.

Your doctor might be concerned about your axillary lymph nodes.

Lymph nodes, which are organs of the lymphatic system, are located throughout the body and are an important part of the immune system.

The axillary lymph nodes are located in the armpit or underarm.

I hope this is helpful.

Regards,
Maryann
