According to Drugs.com - you should ask a doctor or pharmacist if it's safe for you to use this product if you have:
asthma
an allergy to shellfish (oyster, crab, shrimp)
diabetes
high blood pressure or high cholesterol
prostate cancer
bleeding or blood clotting disorder such as hemophilia.

While this information does not list cirrhosis, it's a good idea to check with your doctor to be sure.
