Odd Menstrual, should I worry?

I'm 36 and have been celibate a little over two years, since my divorce. I have been sterilized since January 2006 by Essure. I had my first sexual encounter on 6 July and my "fertile window" was between 2 July-7 July. (I've never had an issue with Essure, never a scare or anything.) The condom slipped off inside me after we were finished and I took Take Action (ECP) about 7 hours later. I took pregnancy tests about a day or two before my period was due (my cycle isn't always normal. Between 27-32 days) and all negative. I got my period on the, the first day glow was normal, second day was heavy as usual and the third day it lightened up and then stopped. I know the EC can cause issues with mense and flow, but I'm just curious if I should be worried about this? My period is usually 5 days.

Dear JudyKL

Thank you for writing.

From what you say, you had your period, even though it was not typical in duration. The ECP is likely why.
