Hi Hunnyo1,
Welcome to EmpowHer and thank you for your question. Yes, pregnancy is possible for a woman without fallopian tubes, but, by natural conception. The fallopian tubes play an essential role in natural conception. Once the egg has been released from an ovary, it travels through the fallopian tube, waits to be fertilized by one sperm and then, if fertilized, onward to the uterus. Now, without fallopian tubes, this cannot happen. The only way for a woman without both fallopian tubes to become pregnant is by in vitro fertilization. With in vitro fertilization, an egg is fertilized by a sperm outside of the body in a laboratory and the fertilized eggs or embryos are then inserted in the woman's uterus.
Hope this information has been helpful and answers your question.
