on day 20 of my birth control pill, 24-07-2017, I started spotting. My period was due on 29-07-2017, but I am still spotting since 24-07-2017. On 26-07-2017, I got a light flow. Been crampy with back pains on and off.

Spotting is not uncommon on BC. It sounds like your period is light, but if you are having some flow, you can consider it your period. Check in with your doctor if you are still concerned. Continue your pills as usual.
