Hello,
I've had sharp pain on my right side lower abdomen right above the hip bone. I want to say an ovarian cyst but I'm not too sure.
Also I was recently diagnosed with diabetes and PCOS.
I've had a no dairy, low carb, veggie, fruit, meat diet only. I don't drink coffee only spearmint tea and water. For the last 2 years. Any suggestions?

Thank you for reaching out to our community, but the cause of the lower right side abdominal pain cannot be determined over the internet.
A physical exam and ultrasound are necessary to find out why you are having this pain.
