Left Breast tenderness. For several years. I am 56 yrs old and been in menopause for about 5 years. Also always have muscle spasm in left upper back. Due to skeletal alighn problems. Pain is upper outer part of breast. Very tender

Some breast pain/tenderness is due to hormonal fluctuations including menopause.
Are you on any kind of hormone replacement therapy or supplements?
Have you had your breast examined or spoken to your gynecologist about this? Please give us a little more information and we'll be happy to help you further.
