Hello Anon

Thank you for writing.

You have not described your pain in detail - is it internal organs. your bones, your muscles?

Long term pain medications can have long last side effects on the body, including problems with the kidneys, liver and stomach.

Physical therapy can help.

We cannot recommend a certain type of pain medication - this is something your doctor needs to discuss with you. You may need a pain management team that includes the physical and emotional aspects of your pain. Please schedule an appointment with your doctor to get this started.

Best,
Susan
