yeah I didn't get the morning after pill cos I didn't know he didn't use a condom.. Im kinda freaking out now because I've been getting all these weird symptoms like hot flushes dizziness weird feeling in my legs and my tummy has been cramping like period cramping for about a week now.. I've also been feeling nautious at night and after eating big meals and there's been a muscle like pain in my lower back.. I got some light bleeding today 5 days before my period is supposed to start its really light.. Im so scared

Hi there... I've been reading most of these comments and I thought I'd post my concern up. I'm on LoestrinFE and I missed 2 pills on week 2 and 1 pill on week 3. I've had unprotected sex several times on and around those days. I didn't realize I had missed those pills (wk 2) because of horrible fatigue. I missed a few pills last month too but I took those when I remembered but this month I didn't make any of them up. Is there a posssibility of pregnancy? Thanks... Anonymous

Hi, I have been on bc for almot a year now to help prevent cysts, this past month I have pissed 2 pills back to back and I haven't been taking them at the same time and afterwards I had spotting 2 weeks or so before my scheduled period I have had unprotected sex. I was due for my period almost a week ago and I haven't gotten it! I am worried I might b pregnant. And before my scheduled period I didn't get any signs of it. I have never missed a period and every other time I had missed a pill or 2 and had early spotting I always had my period. What do u think

Any time you have unprotected sex you risk pregnancy, so it is possible that you are pregnant. Generally speaking you can take a home pregnancy test a week after your missed period, so you can take one any time. Just be sure to read the directions as to when the test will be accurate, because some of them differ as far as instructions and timing.

i had sex two days ago and missed a pill yesterday, but im at that time im ovulating...and i took the one i missed yesterday and took my regular dose today.. is there anyway i can be pregnant???

Missing one pill in a pack does not (typically) decrease the effectiveness of your birth control pill; be sure to read the patient information brochure to make sure this applies to your specific prescription.
Please know that women who use birth control pills do not ovulate; that is one of the ways that birth control pills work (to suppress/prevent ovulation).
It sounds like you took your missed pill as soon as you remembered, then continued taking the pills as directed. You should have no increased risk of pregnancy.

I just listed a question similar to this on the following page. However your response reads how my prescription package reads. Your response was more clear to me then the other woman's. My problem was that I missed my Friday pill on my second week (I start my new pack on a Sunday and my period on Wednesdays) . The first day of my period was on September 15th. I know we don't ovulate (I have been on the pill for years) I still would have been two days after just incase! I take Yasmin as my Bc. That was the only pill I missed but am still worried

hi i miss my pill by like 15 hours it was at the start of my 3rd week.i took the pill as soon as i notice. then took it regulary for the week. 2 days after i missed it i started spoting. then when i was sopostue to have my period ive been barly bleeding and today i didnt at all. im worried i might b pregnant or soemthing because me and my bf have been have on and off un protected sex he pulls out and stuff and when i missed my pill we were having protected sex but i know sperm can live for liek 7 days afterwards if i did mange to get any in me. is there a chance i could b pregnant and to freak out?
