Hello Anon

Thank you for writing.

Do you have a thyroid malfunctioning or no thyroid at all? If you have one that is not working properly or none at all, you will certainly be hypothyroid and feeling fatigue, muscle pain, cognitive function reduction, and many other very uncomfortable symptoms. Without medication, a person will not live a normal life span.
Best,
Susan
