Hi Anon,

Welcome to EmpowHER. Some doctors suggest using the Kegel Exercise, which is focusing on the muscle that controls urine flow and bowel function. Sitting erect exhale as you tighten the muscle surrounding the urethra and anus. Hold for 2-3 seconds and then relax the muscle. This can be repeated several times throughout the day. There are many other exercises as well. But, before starting any type of exercise. It's best to discuss with your doctor which one would be best for you. Hope this was helpful?
