I was recently diagnosed with stage 2, i lost over 30 percent of my lungs. I smoked for 30 plus years and im trying everything to quit and i just want to know if the vapor cigarettes are just as bad, im using it in the process of helping me stop smoking for good. Thank you. Im new to all of this and idk what to ask my doctors. Please give me any advice that can help.
